Light-bellied Brent goose (Branta bernicla), Tràigh Mhor, Gott Bay. On Tiree, flocks of up to 200 are mostly seen on migration in September-October and April-May, between their breeding grounds in Canada and their wintering sites in Ireland.

Sanderlings (Calidris alba) on the Tràigh Mhor, Gott Bay, Tiree. Sanderling are common on Tiree except in the breeding season. At migration time, hundreds can be seen, especially in late spring.
