Taken on a Wild Caledonia "Argyll and the Isles" holiday. The boat trip was by Turus Mara, who operate out of Ulva Ferry.

House Sparrow, Flanders Moss, Stirlingshire
It may seem odd to have a House Sparrow as picture of the month, but it is a declining species now in many farmland areas. However, on the farmed part of Flanders Moss there still seems to be enough food around for them.
